Orders By Internet.
The NatureCraft site is up to date with 128-bit secure encryption for safe
e-commerce business. Doing business with us online is as safe as walking into your local
bath, body or apothecary shop. The NatureCraft shopping cart is very easy to use & our
product pages are set up in two easy to use ways. In each of our product pages there will
be a set of size@price links below the product name -or- a set of size@price links
to the right of the product listing. Simply click on the size@price link of the
size/priced product of your choice to add one of that product to your shopping cart. A new
window will open up showing your basket contents. Simply close this basket window to
continue shopping. Your basket contents will remain for up to 2 hours while you shop until
you proceed to checkout. You may review your running order at any time by clicking the 'Basket Contents'
link under the NatureCraft links section on the top left border of any page. You may make
additions or subtractions to your running order in the 'Basket Contents'
page by simply changing the number of the selected product in the quantity box then
clicking update. Once you have made your final selections from all of the NatureCraft
storefronts click on the checkout link at the top of your basket contents window -or- the 'Checkout' link
under the NatureCraft links section on the top left border of any page to proceed to our
secure server for checkout. All transactions are finalized on our secure server with
128-bit encryption. If you prefer not to order online but rather mail in check/money order
payment with an order form or by phone, you may use our cart to order and select check
payment or use our Manual Internet Order Form. *See below.
Orders By Phone.
If you wish to order by credit card over the telephone rather than online with our
secure server, you may do so in the following manner. Order by calling

between 11:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Eastern standard time Monday through Friday. BE SURE you
have made all the choices necessary before you call by making all of your selections in
the cart system and sending in your order with your info needed to ship your product. When
it comes to payment selection choose check payment and give your phone number with numeric
characters only as the check number. Write down or print your order number and then call
us to give the credit card info and have the order changed to credit card payment. After
this call you will receive a confirmation email with a print of your order to confirm it.
This confirmation will not have any payment information with it.
By Mail & Fax. To make
ordering easy we suggest using our secure online server & shopping cart, printing out
the order for your records. The shopping cart will prepare orders and does not mail
any payment methods or customer info. We retrieve all orders securely. However, if you
choose, you may print our Manual Internet Order Form to send us via postal mail. To properly fill out
this form, simply shop our site adding products to your basket as when shopping online.
When you have made all of your selections either print the final basket page or copy the
item numbers & price to a print of the Manual Internet Order Form & mail this in with your name address &
check or money order. If you have received a NatureCraft wholesale/price list or a price
quote you may also use our Manual Internet Order Form.

Ordering & Store Hours. ON-LINE
STORE HOURS - 24 hours a day, every day of the year! NatureCraft offices
are typically open 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Eastern standard time however we are primarily an
internet company without a phone in every lab, kitchen or greenhouse and often return
calls.
Exchanges & Returns.
All products purchased on this site or in its shops are NON-returnable with the
following exceptions; If any of your products are damaged or incur problems in shipping we
will replace the product as it should be in accordance with UPS policies. You MUST save
and not alter the original damaged product, and ALL package carton and filament. This is
absolutely necessary for UPS to replace the product. Exchanges without the package and all
DAMAGED products with their packing material will not be accepted. You get to keep all non
damaged products in your order and will incur no further charges for the recall or
reshipping of replacement product. Your original purchase price will not change. If any
products in your order do not match your invoice or if you are billed improperly, due
credit or product will be given or replaced as situation will dictate. Again, no further
charges will be incurred by you the customer. All reports of damaged goods or
invoice/product problems must be brought to our attention via email to the order
department orderdept@naturecraft.net
or by phone within 48 hours (the business day you receive your package and the next two
business days thereafter) of your package being signed for.
Check/Charge
back Returns.
Returned or canceled checks will carry a minimum $25.00 fee while disputed credit card
charges will incur a minimum $35.00 fee possibly much higher. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We at
NatureCraft do our best to insure proper customer service and the correct products ordered
arrive in good order but we do not accept returns as we can no longer guarantee the
quality of the stock.
Price Fluctuations.
Many of the items featured on our site are subject to market price
fluctuation. For this reason, many prices indicated on this site are subject to
change without notice, however you will be notified before you are billed to confirm. This
is especially prominent in seasonal herbs and spices as well as in many true essential
oils.
Shipping. The
majority of orders are shipped U.P.S. ground or U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. These are
decided by quickest most cost efficient method of delivering your product to you in best
condition. Our cart system only calculates and allows for U.P.S.
shipping selection however many orders with U.P.S. three-day select
shipping or less are often changed to priority mail for a chance
of faster service and considerable savings in shipping costs in
certain size packages. If your package needs to be shipped a different way please contact us with your
order. Many orders will have the shipping adjusted to reflect savings
to the customers or correct errors in the automatic shipping price
tables however there is a minimum $5.00 shipping fee unless otherwise
noted on a special product or order.
International Orders.
There is a $15.00 handling fee on international orders outside of North America.
Due to high international credit card fraud we will only accept
cashiers checks from outside of North America. Once your order is
placed add the $15.00 service fee into the amount of your cashiers
check before mailing. Once received the funds must clear which can
take up to ten business days before the products will ship.
Payment. We
accept personal check, money orders, cashiers checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover. Sorry, but we do not ship items C.O.D. All orders must be paid with
U.S. funds. Please allow 10 business days for personal check, money order or
cashiers checks to clear AFTER we receive it not from your mailing date before your
product is shipped. Credit card orders will be charged before the products are
poured, made or shipped, this is for our protection since many products are hand made just
for the customer and restocking is not an option. Occasionally we may require signature or
proof of identification on credit card transactions. This is for your protection and ours!
Ohio State Sales Tax.
Ohio
State residents are subject to 7.50% sales tax. There is no state sales tax on
certain food items and they will not have tax added when checking out.
